We have a zero-tolerance policy to protect the safety, comfort, and professionalism of our therapists and clients.
No-Call/No-Show Policy
We reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a no-call/no-show fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. This helps compensate therapists for reserved time that cannot be filled on short notice.
